WHO IS SUBMITTING?

ChainWatch never sells your data. We use the information you provide to investigate your case. As part of the service, we send your case file to law enforcement (for example the FBI's IC3 or your local police) and to your attorney if you have one. By continuing, you agree to those handoffs. For a legal matter, your engagement agreement decides who receives our findings.

Our tool also learns from casework. It uses the public blockchain data in your case (wallet addresses, transactions and the patterns scammers and thieves use) to recognize the same behavior faster for other victims and investigators. It does not use your name, contact details or other personal information you give us. It does include your own wallet addresses, because they are part of the public blockchain data in your case, but your name and contact details are not attached to them.
